Two companies have joined National Service Alliance (NSA), Charlotte, North Carolina.
Puritan Commercial Cleaning & Services is a contract cleaning firm based in Missoula, Montana. It is a family-owned business, started by Dennis and Darlene Richards in 1981. Having learned the business from the ground up, the Richards family strives to be leaders both in the industry and in their community. The company now employs almost 200 part-time and full-time people, serving clients in eight Montana communities.

In addition to Puritan, Primero Services, Inc., a franchise cleaning company based in Metairie, Louisiana, recently joined NSA. Primero operates in the Southeast Louisiana region.
